Before initiating a return, please consider the following information:
- You have 14 calendar days to initiate a return from the date of receiving your shipment.
- For an eligible return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and garment tags and labels attached. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
- Please provide all relevant details about the item you wish to return using the checklist below. This will help us to speed up the return process and ensure that the item meets the required conditions.
- After receiving the item, it will be inspected to ensure meeting the refund conditions. We will notify you by the email about the inspection results and provide details about the refund process.
- All notifications will be sent to the email indicated in the return form below. Please make sure to double-check the spelling to avoid missing emails.
- Please allow us up to 3 days to process the return, and 2 days for inspection after we received the item from you.
- The return label is valid for 14 calendar days from the day you received it by the email. If your order is not shipped back to us within 14 days, we consider the sale as final. No refund or exchange can be made after.
- Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method. You will be notified by e-mail once the refund has been issued.
- Please allow an extra 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account. Also, consider that your banking institution may require additional processing time to credit your account.
